are more frequently abused. It all adds up to heavy-duty brake systems that
are subject to more stress than ever before. And it means that if your rebuilt
brakes don't meet or exceed OEM specs, you could be in for trouble. Neo-Brake
rebuilds heavy-duty brake shoes. That's all we do... so quality and reliability
are particularly important to us. We can't afford to have a single customer
dissatisfied with a Neo-Brake product.

To make a quality
rebuilt brake shoe, you need a solid foundation. We start right at the core.
Our drivers visually inspect each used core before it's loaded onto our truck.
If a core doesn't meet our standards, it won't make the trip to our facility.
How is a driver qualified to make these decisions? Well, most aren't. But Neo-Brake
drivers go through weeks of training, learning to tell the difference between
a good core and a bad one.
Production: Where safety starts.
Each Neo-Brake shoe is produced by experts trained in the methods of maintaining
product quality. Here's a look at our process from start to finish:
Washing First we remove old grease,
dust and residue from the old core. Each core is then visually inspected for
any imperfections. Cores that don't meet our strict standards are disposed
of. We don't take chances.
Delining Next, worn linings are stripped
from the core. Another visual inspection is performed.
Blasting Paint and rust are removed
down to bare metal. Once again, we visually inspect every core to ensure that
all paint and rust are removed. OEM gauge inspection is performed at this stage
to ensure all cores meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Coating All Neo-Brake cores are coated
with paint that's specially formulated to resist rust and corrosion.
Lining Finally, premium asbestos-free
brake block material is applied in our automated riveting line. This friction
material, manufactured by a pressure forging process, provides ultimate stopping
power, long wear and excellent drum compatibility.
Brakes delivered when you need them.
At Neo-Brake we'll convert your old shoes...adapting old shoe configurations
for use with new brake shoe designs. You get an OEM-quality shoe at a fraction
of the price you'd pay for a new one. And we'll deliver your brake shoe order
when you need it, not when it's convenient for us to deliver. Neo-Brake provides
weekly two-day delivery service.
New brake performance at a rebuilt price.
Neo-Brake's rebuilding process results in a shoe that's equal to or better
than original equipment. Our blocks have undergone extensive testing both in
the laboratory and over the road. The results are conclusive: Neo-Brake provides
